Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the Leaseholder and Resident Service, the website which gives for leaseholders and residents access to information about their building's status in the Building Safety Fund (BSF) process (England only).
This website is run by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities. On this website, you can:

How accessible is this website?
- This website is fully accessible
- All pages have appropriate headings
- All pages can be used with screen readers
- All pages can be found easily through navigating, with the building status update page only accessible to those with a valid code
- Not all links include description in the HTML tags but all link text is descriptive
- Descriptive titles, instructions and hint text are provided for input fields as required (note there is only one single input field on the site: the building code field)
- All navigation is completely consistent across the entire site
- All pages conform to the GDS design which includes high contrast by default
